I would cosplay at Kid <3 or Crona. As both characters freak out over everything XD

Ok, I need help...as part of the Black Blooded Badgers -wears badge proudly-, and as you all know, I am cosplaying as Shinigami-sama...

However...

HOW THE HECK DO I MAKE THE COSTUME?????

This is my nearly completed Shinigami cosplay- I need to reshape the spiky bit at the back, shape my hat, put some elastic on my mask (so I don't have to tie it to my head with my school tie XD) and basically just make it look better. XD
